Bodywork: Structural Integration
Many of us live our lives divorced from bodily experience and lose touch with our awareness of the connection between our physical and spiritual self. This loss of kinesthetic awareness diminishes our connection with our instinctual needs and limits living joyfully and with fulfillment.
Developing a new relationship with our body requires patience, gentleness, and a willingness to be self-responsive. Drawing on my experience as a therapist and Rolfer and my ability as a psychic and healer I bring an eclectic, individualized approach to allow a new bodily experience to emerge, making possible a new relationship with yourself...and with life.
